Immuno-suppressants and steroids are the first line treatment for a range of diseases but long term they can really cause damage. The switch from steroids to MSB cell therapies for aGVHD as first line therapy, rather than just rescue of failed steroid use is indicative of bigger things IMO.
I'd be very interested in what happens with MSB's cell therapies. This form of treatment along with fast tracking is going to get huge attention soon.
When that happens funding for a range of clinical trials will become much more manifest.
We have families of patents and MSB is going to be a juggenaut. IMO.
