Also understand that he/she did not want to share as I think they wrote earlier they only considered legal action and even if they went ahead they have a right to keep it confidential.
I have heard a few stories from people talking about airline behaviour that easliy could have warranted legal action, so I think it's perfectly possible.
Let's just all move on and get along.
