You do realise that PSD has been designed to be built in stages with the initial build being Step 1 of Stage 1 - hardly all or nothing.
I also note that the due diligence conducted by Nissui before they invested was extremely thorough - whilst I realise that I am making an assumption here I suspect their DD was a little more in depth than yours.....
