Yes WBC is 1 of the largest homeloan bank but once people start to default on there loans over the next 6 months I expect alot of banks selling houses for bargain prices therefore there will be alot of cashflow from all the sales coming in . It will be exact scenario of what happened in 2008 and 2009 thats why im waiting to buy a house in 6 months I expect a 30 to 40% in house prices in certain areas.
