Great post except they just last week got finance cover from the Australian ECA for both initial start-up AND downstream spherical operations. To go with further cover on initial start up from the Dutch ECA.
So super low dilution capex finance is in place. Just need someone to want the stuff now.... Yes that's a fairly big issue.
I'm tipping South Aust will now be seen as an even safer bet now as the virus ought to be well contained here in terms of the death rate and societal impact....Africa... maybe not so much.
