My interpretation of the timeline is this:
- Start the pivotal registration trial - Phase 3 in 1H 2021.
- Each patient takes 4+24+24+4= 56 weeks to complete. Just over a year.
- May need to assume another 6-12 months to recruit all 200-250 patients.
- First readout when 50% of the study is completed.
- Once all patients are through, needs 3 months to clean the data.
Therefore by my calculations, Phase 3 would complete around the start of 2023, after which time registration can begin and then drug can come to market.
