it is all about timing though. they don't need 0.5B now, they need it mid next year and anyhting could have happened by then. a couple of good ann. this month would not go astray. still gbg and grr have to come up with 1.5B each and mmx needs 4B or something. china will supply and should be happy to get rid of US dollars to do it. fwl could get the money the same way. at least with resources it isn't funny money finacial crap, it is something real in the ground that can be dug up and processed to make something else real like buildings, cars and ships that china needs to continue to urbanise.
