dugsab. I not only fully understood what you were saying, but publicly re-iterated it myself. But, that "bird" is now completely vulnerable to being plucked bare and IMO, despite the Extension being the work of management, they surely can't be held responsible for how the market is reacting.
All I'm saying is that the refund terms should be able to be revoked.
That's my current position. Unfortunately, the Extension Prospectus has been issued, but, my point is that circumstances way beyond the control, or foresight, of the company when that Extension Prospectus was prepared, has potentially placed the funds raised from the initial Prospectus in jeopardy of being significantly reduced.
The refund terms of that Extension Prospectus should be null and void and made officially so ASAP. Apparently, it is an issue with the ASX, but, if anything, it should be ASIC who can make that determination.
Frankly, I'd be very disappointed if "genuine investors" in LKE would even contemplate such a blatantly selfish and opportunistic move. Akin to stockpiling toilet rolls!!!
But, I can certainly understand and support them buying on the market at these prices instead of paying 4 cents to support the SPP extension!!!
