1.7million for travel

Just re did the numbers page 55 of the report and it is almost $1.7million ($1.67million)on travel for a year.
Also Kate got a new car for $21,000 (also on p55), not that i can see Kate driving a Hyundi ?
Is it legal for public companies to buy Directors new cars?
I mean it is shareholder money and no doubt the car could be used on weekends and by others who are not Directors.
Not looking good chaps they hit a new low today.
