At $7 sp BEN offers a grossed up FF yield of 12.2% worked on annual dividend of $0.60c. Sure dividends could be cut further and the share price will reflect that.
If we get another rout Tuesday I am in as any short term pain this year will evaporate into euphoria next year. Lets say 10000 shares at $6.75 = $67,500. Dividend in 2021, say 60c. = $6,000 + franking credits $2,571 = $8,571 at a grossed up yield of 12.7%. Thanks for the rabbits.
Almost forgot the share price in 12 months time. Well somewhere north of $9. So add another 30% appreciation in value along with the dividend. Ppl need to look at the big picture. Take some pain for a long term gain. DYOR
