I am biased towards more falls before a Dead cat bounce possibly around 5383 but i think maybe 5052. if the argy bargy over Oil quotas between the Saudies and the Russians continues could go into the high 4 ks. Possibly the current aggressive stance by OPEC is most likely aimed at getting the Russians back to the negotiating table.
Think Putin will blink eventually but the will be another aspect to it
