In China I'd say it's under control.
And yes, as mentioned, still growing outside of China - probably another month of growth/stabilisation before a decline (outside China). I keep an eye on the growth factor - which will indicate when we start getting a (global) reduction in cases. When this goes into decline, I think market confidence will follow (in relation to the virus..).
