Hi guys. Not sure if anyone is still following here anymore since there are no posts.. I haven't been following and updating my CN conversion tracker since I sold but figured I'd get it updated and post it in case anyone was interested.

Since the last one I posted in November, there have been 3 more conversions. The conversion amount has been reduced to a trickle.. only $50K converted in the Feb and March conversions (No conversion in Jan). So far $1.7m has been converted in total, leaving $2.5m outstanding.

$50K converted for 55m shares. (Back in April last year when they started converting they would have only got 4.1m shares for that!) These last two conversions have been at $0.0009, and since the conversion price is 90% of the vwap, it cant really get any lower now because it cant trade any lower than $0.001.

After this latest conversion, we now have just over 2.7B shares on issue. If the remaining $2.5m ends up being converted at the same rate, it will require a shade over 2.7B new shares to cover it. This would bring the total shares on issue to 5.5B.

I guess there isn't really much else to comment on the situation. For anyone still holding, I hope there is some good news eventually.
