as I watch the US market drop another 200 points I was wondering whether cooper decision to buy IPM now isa good one given its depressed sahre rpice and the ability that is presented to buy back shares at such a low price, and it come to me that even if the takeover was succesful, reducing the expanded share on issue could occur post takeover, both through use of cash or there enhanced cash flow.
What do people think, with the market turmoil, is a successful takeover more or less likely?
