I'm just trying to figure out how much stock the management of TIR hold in their company. Its obviously less than 5%, so it makes it hard for them to go about screaming and spinning the 'takeover offer is unreasonable and undervalues the company' story. Well if it was so good why wern't you buying it?? - its bargaining power is diminished here.
CSM has already a 25% foothold in TIR. Thats big. (as I've said David Reed of RDR has about 5% of TIR and he will sell to CSM as will CSFB). And its illogical for someone to start a bidding against CSM when it already has a very strong hold on TIR. TIR is too small for the big guys and apart from PMM no mid cap resource companies can afford the $.
Those hoping for a bidding war can forget about it, cause it aint happening.
Between between 60-70c is what CSM will be prepared to pay and will probably get if they go for it.
