As there was no announcement this morning (so far) it would seem that the subject of the announcement may require time for the finalisation of paperwork between RAP and another party.Ie Experien lodging the FDA - EUA paperwork, Pingan signing of the agreement to lodge documents with chinese regulatory authorities. Australian Government regulating something helpful for RAP usage here.
I have no idea but its OK with me to wait a bit longer in a TH during the current market turmoil.
