    Hi Kpool and all,

I am not concerned about the salary picture at all.

I do think that the company needs a hard head to watch solvency though going forward. Delays in sales and the fact that the Larson "trial" may become standard practise for future sales with others means that real revenue gains may be quite some time off.

Putting the company into a position where it must raise funds via an IPO or dilutory raisings can also put the company into a very vulerable position. The share price falling certanly increases the vulnerability and dilutionary affects of any raisings down the road. It is also an opportunity to add to ones stake rather than complain - granted.

The "hard head" should also consider selling off part of the operations if they simply have too much on their plate for the capital base.

I ackowledge that this is a very busy and exciting time for the company with so much going on. It is also a dangerous time for the company if they lose focus - on staying solvent. They do have money to stay solvent for some time but that time can go in a twinkling.

    Blastoff
