I have 3 small properties overseas in Citrus Heights california, San Rafael Argentina, and Tauranga New Zealand.
Of the 3 I prefer New Zealand for a realaxed life style although San Rafael is not far behind and is very cheap to live there with beutiful woman a climate like Adelaide and great food. Only problem with Argentian is the banking system is the pits have had money stolen out of the banks there and my accounts doctored to look like I was the one doing the withdrawl, But the FInca (small vinyard only cost me US $180K so not to big a deal . Will stay in New Zealand for a while though as its just so relaxing here no flies to speak of easy going people, not to expensive for food
