i agree but instead of using $10 are they paying with a CHM chq. where you may say they have clearly bought the ticket as you didb't use money you received from them you used there money as if they were a contributing parter?
Like going halvies in a lotto ticket & one running off with the winnings because the purchase was on their lotto card?
Very technical i suppose comes down to who can prove they did what.
Seems MMX adament they didn't use CHM money though or not at least without permission.
