however you are right, cash flow is critical. this should be raised at the agm if not resolved beforehand with announcements.

with the australian dollar coming back and expected to trade below 80 cents we get a little bonus there.

if tzl hit a few reasonable purchase orders, it is likely they could be cash flow positive by late next year, then nasdaq timing is dependent on market and the revenue backlog - both of these will exist at some point, just maybe not first quarter.
