Slightly off topic but Cairn are carrying 40% of SNE and will need to offload some in the near future. They previously said they would sell down at around FID.
Price achieved will be interesting.
WPL may like to PE 'if' the deal is structured in such a way. CNE may ultimatelt just do a deal with WPL.
Hard to see FAR wanting to pre-empt any CNE sell down given forecast high debt levels
