I noticed qantas has slashed their senior leadership teams pay by 30% in order to keep overheads down and company financially on track.
here is a major player showing they mean business for their shareholders.
i don’t see FAR senior management stepping up to the plate with the same initiatives. For them they have $140 mill in the kitty to milk until the company is finished.
