There seems to be very little information about Composite Technology (they don't even have a company website, but can spend $24m on experimental R&D). Plus, their founder seems to have an interesting background having been part of a luxury car company and politics.
Is this contract too good to be true? Extremely important since this deal is supposed to be the one that changes it all...
