    Moon said: Icac can only investigate corruption. McDonald and Obeid were guilty of corruption. Ministerial decisions, no matter how bad, cannot be considered corrupt.

    Are you suggesting that no labor Minister has ever made dodgy decisions? Remember Roz "White Board" Kelly?
