Not sure if it's completely off the table. But i think 2.20 is the floor and the offer may be revised down a little.
One of the other bidders said they withdrew because any higher offer they made would be outbid again by Public Storage (who can probably bring more synergies).
The market seems to br pricing it around 2.20-2.25
