My main rationale for being so heavily in the stock is a valuation I had someone do for me on the Appalacian properties. An extremely wide range of values were given based on different parameters but suffice to say that at less than 50 cents, there's no need to value Stokes Bay at anything at all. Not to say that it has no value but that it is a free option you get when you buy EMR shares.
