Pensador was only in final negotiations - what CVI said to many of you by email is another thing. What happened to the $1m plus drawdown? I am sure IMO that if you pooled your CVI email responses and sent them off, the powers that be will intitiate some type of audit. I doubt that will ever happen though.

The same type of thing IMO happened with QTK - the Chinese contract was not enforceable and perhaps under differing reiprocating jurisdictions hence no recompense could be made to holders who thought it wa signed, sealed and delivered.
Always ascertain facts with announcements. MOUs are not contracts and neither is a JV. Maybes, ifs, finalising etc are all words everyone needs to monitor but what gets my goats beard is that the underlying asumptions were ramped to high heaven by the company which obviously many construed as being ineviteable facts.
A SPP would be troublesome for them hence the rights issue - plenty of those to come in other micros this year.
Failed business plans are part of the course.
