Worth noting that Verifone have assumed both mPOS and EFTPOS machines to be part of the same market.
If Comcom don't take that view, then you have Ingenico and Verifone terminals owning a large part of the EFTPOS market. It could be argued you're going from 3 to 2 large players, something the comcom hasn't been keen to allow in the past.
