He's an epidemiologist and clearly not front and centre of government moves on this.
FAST TRACKING of vaccine is where the US regulators are going,
FAST TRACKING for therapies which MSB may well be part of, we're preparing for that.
This epidemiologist is just ignorant of the current regulatory environment, and he seems to have no curiosity either.
