Yes, that's my drift. that it was "to indicate a possible link in type of rock without any suggestion that one will be better (or worse) than the other for tungsten."
It is possible that Vitals higher grades a meant to be a positive point/link.
I just checked Vital, and they do have some excellent intersections.
