I reckon recovery could be much quicker this time given that we have so many possible good announcements due soonish.
Its also possible that Tony has been unwilling to accept Sanofi's terms at this point as his confidence has been buoyed by the many other interested parties more willing to pay RAP their due, or there is possibly a suiter in the mix.
