'....have you read BBC threads . not clear whether the lend lease deal announced on 1 oct is a set up for t/o ! i'd be wary , though on the face of it looks like a good long term play . have a chat with .... . ring the coy and see what the oct 1 deal really means ! to me it does not seem like a lead up to a t/o as ll would only want the profitable retirement homes side of the business....'
