Reminder that N.Mather have been granted $3million worth of shares since commencement of 2018 F/Y and he is owed 2 years plus 8 moths of $3million p/y which he has yet to buy any shares...at least no announcement that he has purchased from this pay deal. I cannot recall whether Ward has a similar deal written into his pay package, but I dare say it very well could be. Should Mather buy his shares at present prices he will again get one hell of a lot more that that he would have achieved before news blackout occurred. Not sure whether the $3million was in Aus or US money.....but recall the Financial Report did say dollars referred to US as a reference. No doubt he will excite the Market with his 'Intention to Acquire Further Shares'.

Otherwise a good but well overdue announcement!
