Evening you are not hearing me I’m not interested in the stats they are meaningless as they are inaccurate

There is nothing I can do about COVID 19 except what I am doing self isolation with a months supply of food and a lake to fish from and bush to hunt if need be

It’s out of my control mate people get sick every day 98 per cent of people who get COVID 19 will make a full recovery sadly 30-50000 elderly or those with u delaying conditions won’t there’s nothing I can do about that

what I can do is not buy hold stocks like FBR which have been basket cases for two years and now with the capitulation of markets imminent there is no reason to be in dud specs you will lose the lot likely

money will be tight construction will get hard who will be able to get a house completed in the next 6 months supplies will be tight parts for machinery hard to get

FBR have spent over 65 million to do what even if they build ten houses how long has it taken they said they can build a house a day that’s ten days dude it’s been 16 years

When are you guys going to get it the big players hanging around don’t have to do anything but wait

how will they pay 32 million cap ex in 2020 operating costs ok so someone commits 20 million how many shares dies that put on issue the dilution would be crippling

The idea is brilliant from brilliant men but unless they get a big machinery partner it won’t fly as with machinery to be effective you need mass units produced that costs $$$

the whole model I can’t work out makes zero sense seems to me it’s just ticking down towards zero

next week or so will be brutal in markets huge swings trading is incredible my shorts on the airlines and cruise lines the last three weeks have filled the tills more money than I could have dreamed for

that’s what you guys don’t get you read the play trade it follow the momentum don’t listen to the noise about COVID 19 nothing at all you can do except look after your self and your families

if you are that concerned do what I’ve done self isolate in a remote location
