Assuming there is a dividend cut and it gets reduced from $1.60 to $1.40 per year. Gross dividend yield works out to 10.3% after taking into account the franking credit. This is damn good considering RBA rate is 0.50%, term deposits are yielding less than 1% and mortgage rates are less than 3%.
