The financial impact on clubs would be catastrophic if stadiums are closed. Not to say this will mean cancelling products like CAT, but you can't replace ticket/food/product sales through already pre-negotiated media rights.
Pro teams encompass 50+ as part of playing/support team. They will treat players in the same way workplaces are treating staff - stay home.
