On 28 January 2020, Warrego funded theinitial El Romeral considerationof €750,000in accordance with the asset purchase agreement with Petroleum Oil and Gas España S.A. Prospex elected to take up to its 49.9% interest in the Project and paid its share of the consideration on 21 February 2020.The acquisition will be accounted for as a business combination on completion.
