Agree and I am waiting in the wings sold about 25% in February as I was concerned but the news out of USA is the correct thing. Ban flights for a month and relook, You can take it slow and let the virus run wild and have 6 months of hell or you can contain the pockets and see if we can waste a month of our lives and control this and then deal with those that have been exposed and try to get the population clear. Italy waited too long. Short and very sharp hit to the world and then wait it out. I would rather start travelling again in 3 to 6 months then have this ongoing lack of clarity.
I think that despite these actions being good it's likely we will go down some more. I don't know what price I want but I like around $16 for this and $13 for BKW. Like WPL @$15.00 - I am scared though that USA says we will hit Russia with a duty on oil of $10 per barrel and that pushes up the USA price. I think that if they then use the money to support shale producers Russia may just blink as they won't have a play to stop shale production.
Really think that WPL must be a huge buy a bit lower and the ADR helps push the local price down.
