If they are doing their legal duty as directors they would have had to announce the money coming in as I'd have thought given the state of the company then that fact would have been considered material. The fact that they have said nothing to me says it's not there, given the current state of markets and the cancellation of all manner of meetings I'd also expect it not coming anytime soon.
