OK so I did some further calculations:
On top of the 0.21c/share option conversion, DGO did a share swap with 3 vendors- 6542164 @ $1.50 = $9.8m for 40.9m DEG shares works out to be 0.24c/share. I.e. DGO values the sp to be 0.24c.
Can someone confirm if this is correct?
