Time to start a new thread, as currently comments about the virus are tucked under a thread about NIB.
I understand
- Italy has run out of beds for virus patients. (That surely means doctors are having to make choices about who to treat!).
- Australia only has a few more beds per capita than Italy
- the current phase in Australia is containment and the hospital system is coping, but over time that will change.
For Ramsey, one would expect they will soon have 100% utilisation in all its markets.
What are the implications for RHC regarding room rate and margin? Is the current sell-off justified?
