The question we ask ourselves is...will attendance at their venues continue at current levels? With our politicians and others requesting we stay away from gatherings maybe everyone will stay home and not go out for meals, entertainment and so on? Surely, if that is the case then it will only be temporary. If we do head into recession, unemployment and so on then my recollection of the GFC was that people actually spent more money on such things that Redcape offers. Anybody got thoughts? Have we got enough cash to ride out say 6 months of mass hibernation? We do own most of our venues after all. So the burden of paying rent for empty venues only falls on 2 properties. Naturally we do need to pay mortgages on the others.
