Management On 4 March it was announced that managing director Robert Schuitema would be retiring from the board at the AGM on 13 May. He will be replaced on the board by Lachlan (Lachie) McKinnon who has been operating as chief executive officer for several months after having spent his career as a senior executive with Nufarm Ltd
