I also find a genuine takeover unlikely although it is possible that some sort of reverse takeover could be engineered using IBS to get the USA listing. I think that SA would of protected themselves from a takeover fouling their investment possibly by having a pre emptive right to bid.Even if the new owners honoured both the law and the spirit of the S.A deal S.A. would not want to be beholding to a competitor. Money for investment is hard to get these days .
