    what a dumb deal - especially now in light of corona

    hydrix are going to pay $2.5 million cash PLUS issue 15 million shares to Angel plus 500k of free work

    For what?? a distribution agreement

    what a waste of money

    and they will get a paltry 4.6% of Angel

    Really bad deal
