Bigtime from what I am hearing. So let's liquidate it first, bank the preferences (no brainer as opes was insolvent as per ASICs findings). Then we litigate the bank for perpetuating the fraud that was opes, based on evidence at hand, and more to come from the liquidators discovery of the banks documents and staff. A liquidator has untold powers to look anywhere they so choose in the bank files, bank staff and Email records. E = more evidence.
