The deposed Board of Ferres , Stevens and Fowles introduced an interim NTA calculation in cases of falls outside market ranges so as to keep shareholders informed in situations like this. Did the new Board cancel this shareholder transparency activity? Board and reporting opaqueness is seriously damaging shareholder value. NTA has gone from slight premium to massive discount under their watch. Need to be replaced $100 plus million in losses . DYOR
