End of the video - "the next 6 months will involve Engineering, further R&D, Qualification, then Final Engineering" - so they are where ATC was about 3-4 years ago.
It was that Final Engineering stage where ATC's CAPEX increased significantly to ensure output & throughput guarantees, plus Fixed Price build.
Comparing the OPEX & CAPEX of the two companies at this point in FYI's timeline is futile, and I'd be shocked if your final expense doesn't end up a lot closer to that of ATC.
