Rob ... can you please change your meds because whatever you are on is impacting on your judgment. Or are you trying to scare the market even further so you can buy at a cheaper price.
As for a CR ... not a chance. Solid Govt contracts, solid large clients, business is growing YoY, and as LeagueTrader said .."this business is frugal and is EBITDA positive and will turn a profit this year".
As stated above they have $2m in the bank --- so no need to raise funds. Even if they had $1m in the bank they are profitable and do not need to raise further cash.
