Look fact is CVI have a m/c of just over $10 mill,
they have got assets back from Pensador of $14 mill, I would rather the cash in our account and then spend it.

but the copper is worth more than currect m/c by a long way, then the other assets.
But when the sp keep falling it is little consolation.

but the yanks were down 7-10 5 last week alone, at some point it has to improve.

if they are to do the rights issue it will be useless at these prices, so there could be a pump before then, when those who want out due to the loss of off shore, which I expected and said Pensador were dead many times before.
who would buy into the rights issue at these prices, they know that, and they have and can play the sp as we know.
